Certified Refurbished (RF) - An item that is PREOWNED, has been restored to working order and certified by School Excess. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, repaired to full working order and brought back to like new condition. It may have some signs of cosmetic wear (light scratches/scuffs/rust and/or blemishes) but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may or may not be in original packaging.
