School Excess Purchasing Form

School Excess has opened its doors to getting furniture directly from schools and other institutions to help in cases of liquidation, closeouts and or moving. We currently take in either donations or direct purchases from all organizations. Our goal of cost efficiency to pass savings to our customers is never compromised and thus we have the best purchasing team available to take inquiries. Each inquiry is responded to within 3 - 5 business days in the order it was received.
Please note the sample occurrences below that factor into our decision
Quantity of items, Location, Condition, School Excess current stock level of the product, Deadlines, Restrictions and many more. In order to start the process of School Excess purchasing your product we would need the following information below.
REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS
  • A detailed list of items including quantity (estimate if needed), size and color.
  • Sample pictures (Ex. if you have 300 chairs, please do not attach a picture of every single one. We just need a picture of the individual chair and a picture of the overall view.) This applies to each item on your list.
  • Anything else you think will help us help you!
